Shipping policy
1. Order Processing All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Processing and shipping do not occur on Sundays or public holidays. In the event of a high volume of orders, a slight delay may occur; we will notify you via email or WhatsApp if there is a significant delay.
2. Shipping Timelines & Rates
- Domestic (India): Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days post-dispatch.
- Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on weight and pincode.
Note: We currently only ship within India.
3. Shipment Tracking Upon dispatch, a tracking number and link will be shared via your registered email or WhatsApp. It may take 24 hours for the tracking information to update on the courier partner's portal.
4. Address Accuracy & Non-Delivery The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address (including Landmark and Pincode).
If a package is Returned to Origin (RTO) due to an incorrect address or multiple failed delivery attempts, the customer will be liable for the additional shipping charges for re-dispatch.
5. Damages & Missing Items We take great care in packaging our crystals. However, if your order arrives damaged:
- You must report the damage within 48 hours of delivery.
- Mandatory Requirement: You must provide a continuous, unedited unboxing video (starting from showing the label to the revealed damage) to process a replacement or refund.
6. Delays Beyond Our Control While we strive for timely delivery, we are not liable for delays caused by courier service disruptions, extreme weather, or local government restrictions.
