Refund policy

1. Return Eligibility

Due to the natural, unique, and energetic nature of crystals, we do not offer returns or exchanges for "change of mind" or personal preference regarding a stone's natural inclusions. Returns are only accepted for:

  • Damaged items during transit.
  • Incorrect products received.

2. Reporting a Claim (The 48-Hour Rule)

To be eligible for a replacement or refund, you must:

  • Contact us at support@healingvibes.com within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Mandatory: Attach a continuous, unedited unboxing video and high-resolution photos of the damaged/incorrect item and the outer shipping label.
  • Claims without a valid unboxing video will not be entertained.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Energized/Activated Crystals: Once a crystal has been ritually cleansed or energized for a user, it cannot be returned.
  • Customized Jewelry: Any bracelets or kits made to specific size or intention.
  • Sale Items: Items purchased during a promotional sale or using a clearance discount.

4. The Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected (to ensure it is unused and in original packaging):

  • We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund/replacement.
  • Approved Refunds: Will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Replacement: If the item is in stock, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Return Shipping

  • Damaged/Incorrect Items: [Your Brand Name] will arrange a reverse pickup or reimburse shipping costs if a self-ship is required.
  • Other Approved Returns: The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
